COIG SA
COIG S.A. seated in Katowice is a provider of comprehensive, dedicated IT solutions to support management processes in mining and industrial enterprises. The company is also a producer of software for the public sector, in particular for local government units, supporting all the administrative processes, including the financial ones, in local administration units. COIG S.A. also provides solutions used in entities operating in the health care sector. The company was acquired by WASKO S.A. from the State Treasury in the process of privatization of a state-owned enterprise under the Contract of 05.06.2012.

GABOS SOFTWARE Sp. z o.o. located in Katowice is a provider of comprehensive IT solutions for the medical industry. The flagship product of GABOS is the Mediqus family of solutions, which is designed to provide comprehensive support for hospitals from the medical and administrative side.

LogicSynergy Sp. z o.o. has been present on the Polish IT market since 1986. The company develops, implements and services Integrated Information Systems for comprehensive economic and technical management of enterprises in the following sectors: water and sewage, municipal and heating. The company also offers specialized software for the management of municipal waste management for public administration and carries out individual orders for various industrial sectors.
D2S Sp. z o.o.
D2S Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gliwice was established in May 2012. The scope of activity of D2S Sp. z o.o. includes, among others, design, construction and operation of optical fibre networks.

WASKO4BUSINESS Sp. z o.o. provides comprehensive services supporting organizational, financial and accounting processes.
FONON Sp. z o.o.
FONON Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw in a consortium with Nokia Solutions and Networks Sp. z o.o. as the general contractor, is carrying out a project of ERTMS/GSM-R system infrastructure construction.
