The WASKO field service is a team of qualified and experienced specialists who provide support services for IT products and systems as well as service services throughout the country.

We have 15 service branches located in the largest Polish cities. Our specialists are on standby 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How does the Field Service work?

Guarantee of security and business continuity

The broadly understood field service service includes care and maintenance support for computers, servers, cash registers and fiscal printers and other equipment that is located at the service point.

As part of the services provided by our specialists, all kinds of breakdowns and faults are removed and, if necessary, delivered replacement equipment.

WASKO field service is based on local activities, i.e. at the headquarters of the supported company or its branch. Our apart from standard repair of defects, the team also provides implementation services for the systems and solutions we provide, and consultations with training for employees of the serviced point.

The reporting paths are standardized and sorted in accordance with the developed and established SLA and the current need commercial facility. Together with the client, we try to work out the most effective scenarios, based on the experiences of both parties.
